We wanted our 65th Anniversary Conference to be memorable… but this was NOT what we had in mind!
NCAEYC regretfully announces that due to impending and serious risks of Hurricane Florence, we will not be holding our 65th Anniversary Conference later this week, Thursday – Saturday, September 13-15 at the Raleigh Convention Center. This includes our 65th Anniversary Gala scheduled to take place Thursday, September 13 at Marbles Kids Museum.
The safety and security of everyone involved in our annual conference is our first priority. We are working diligently with the Raleigh Convention Center and our Keynote Speaker to arrange to host our 65th Anniversary Conference and Gala at a later date this year.
Please watch for additional details addressing frequently asked questions relevant to attendees, volunteers, presenters, vendors, and sponsors.
Please share this announcement with individuals within your network. Our official conference hotels, the Marriott City Center and the Holiday Inn Downtown are aware of our decision. Call to cancel your hotel reservation at your very earliest opportunity.
