🕘 Schedule: Full-Time, 10-Month Position (Non-Exempt) Salary: Up to $55,000

📝 Your Key Responsibilities
● Plan and implement meaningful learning experiences aligned with NC Pre-K and Head
Start frameworks.
● Promote growth in physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and language development.
● Use ongoing assessments to inform instruction and track progress toward School
Readiness Goals.
● Foster positive, supportive relationships with children and families.
● Conduct home visits and parent-teacher conferences to build two-way communication.
● Ensure safe, healthy environments in both classroom and outdoor settings.
● Support successful transitions into and out of the NC Pre-K program.
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum:
● Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field.
Preferred:
● Bachelor’s degree (as above) and one of the following:
○ Current NC Birth through Kindergarten (B-K) Continuing License, or
○ Working toward a B-K or Preschool Add-on License
