Lead Preschool Teacher Position is available in a NAEYC Accredited Preschool.

Temple Beth Or, an NAEYC Accredited Preschool in Raleigh needs a lead teacher for the 2025-2026 school year to work in a warm, nurturing, inclusive environment with a supportive team of teachers who employ research-based best practices including Conscious Discipline and play-based learning.

Position available 5 days a week 8:15 am – 1:15 pm, working with preschool aged children. Position includes 5 paid planning hours a week. Option to teach during summer camp if desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood education or related field for Lead Teacher.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have A.A.S. degree in Early Childhood or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool aged children.

• Nurturing Teaching Style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
