 Dr. Bloom is one of the country’s leading experts on early childhood leadership and program management issues. She has taught preschool and kindergarten, designed and directed a child care center, and served as administrator of a campus laboratory school. Paula is the author of numerous journal articles and several widely read books on early childhood leadership and management issues

Clarissa Willis

Dr. Willis is currently the Associate Director of the Center of Excellence in Early Childhood Learning and Development at East Tennessee SU.. She directs Tennessee’s Early Intervention System (First District), The East Tennessee Autism Training Project, The Tennessee Preschool Literacy Project, and Expanding Horizons Early Intervention Project. She is alsothe author of four books.
