St Johns Episcopal Preschool in Wilmington is a 1/2 day church preschool. We are open from Sept through May. St Johns builds on the philosophy of "learning through play". A child is a whole unit- we teach to the whole child- motor skills, sensory, academics, social skills. The staff of St Johns works as a team. We would like someone who has experience and can work as a team member to join us. Positions available:
Teacher/4 year olds - 5 days/week avg 22hrs/week     Assistant/2 year olds - 2 days/week avg 9hrs/week

Child Care Quality Assessor: The North Carolina Rated License Assessment Project conducts assessments to measure quality care and education provided to children by child care centers and homes. We are hiring individuals with professional experience working with children and with a degree in child development, ECE, or closely related field. Assessors are based in home offices and employed by UNCG.  Applicants should live in areas convenient to Greenville/Raleigh/Fayetteville/Charlotte and be willing to travel to conduct assessments.
